1. Course Enrollment & Payment

Once you enroll in any course (e.g., Diploma in Airport Management, Cabin Crew, Travel and Tourism, Hotel Management, Ground Staff & Hospitality, etc.), your seat is reserved and resources are allocated to facilitate your training. Therefore, we encourage you to review course details carefully before making a payment.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • If a course is cancelled by Upswing before commencement

  • If a student withdraws from a course at least 2 hrs prior to the course start date

  • If there is a duplicate payment made during the transaction


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Student requests cancellation after the course has started

  • Student fails to attend classes without notification

  • Dissatisfaction due to change of interest or personal reasons

  • Fees paid for registration, admission, or administrative purposes

  • Courses accessed through digital or downloadable materials
